WOODBURY, Conn. (Oct. 13, 2021) – Classic Turf Company, LLC commemorated its 40th year in business on Saturday, October 2nd. Owned and operated by the Eren family, Classic Turf has specialized in the installation of post-tension concrete sports facilities including tennis courts, basketball courts, pickleball courts, tracks and fields since 1980.
Classic Turf celebrated this milestone by hosting a private event for customers, employees and vendors, as well as friends and family, at Waldingfield Farm in Washington, Connecticut.
“We were thrilled to see so many people in attendance at our celebration. Luckily, we had beautiful weather and everything went off without a hitch,” President Tumer Eren, notes.
The family-friendly, outdoor event was carefully planned and catered to feature something for all attendees to enjoy, including live music by jam band Vasudo, local craft beer and wine, a wood-fired pizza truck, face painting and s’mores.
“It is so important to show appreciation to those who helped us reach this important milestone. This party did just that. We were honored by all who attended and cannot wait to do it again when we reach 50 years,” says Vice President John Eren.
